A lender will not release the next draw without documentation. A 0-day delay on a $0M draw is a six-figure financing cost for the developer.
0-day draw delay per gap"Is that defect new, or was it there last month?"
Without a dated, independent site record, a contractor-versus-consultant dispute has no anchor. Whoever keeps the best records wins the argument.
Dispute defense cost: unlimitedEvery deliverable follows a fixed 6-section engineering structure. Consistent section order, terminology, and accuracy statement across every engagement.
A $900 flight that protects a $50k–$200k quantity dispute. Single-flight RTK capture, engineering-structured volume table, acceptable for payment certification in Ontario and Quebec.
Two captures per month, one comparison report, archived by capture date for your records. Month-over-month evidence lenders, owners, and councils accept without a meeting.
Close-range capture (70 mm & 168 mm) paired with an annotated defect log and structured condition report, delivered in your firm's format.
Each example below reflects the structure and content logic of a SITE INTEL deliverable. Full sample reports are available on request.
Executive summary, orthomosaic overview, progress comparison, key observations, and annotated photography.

The figures below illustrate how a Volume Verification engagement resolves a typical earthwork quantity dispute.
Illustrative Example
A general contractor on a residential subdivision claimed to have placed 15,000 m³ of structural fill. The owner's representative estimated closer to 10,000 m³. Without an independent reference, a five-figure exposure was sitting unresolved on the monthly payment certificate.
A single SITE INTEL flight captured the placed volume using RTK direct georeferencing, cross-checked against the site's reference surface. The verified quantity landed at 13,800 m³ ± 2%. The contractor revised down by 1,200 m³. The owner revised up by 3,800 m³. At the unit rate of $50/m³, the adjustment resolved roughly $190,000 in exposed payment on the owner's side and $60,000 on the contractor's side within the same week the flight was completed.
Generic drone operators deliver photos. SITE INTEL delivers structured reports a contract administrator can present, a lender can accept, and a dispute panel can use.
