Volume Verification Report
Single-flight quantity verification for earthworks, stockpiles, cut/fill, and grading decisions. Designed for payment certification and dispute records.

Decision Summary
Verified volume, ± tolerance, boundary polygon, bottom-line figure for the payment meeting.
